This is Article 6 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Prohibition on Dual Office Holding.” It is part of Chapter 15 “Local Government Personnel, Qualification for Office, Bonds, Dual Office Holding and Certain Local Government Officers”, which is part of Subtitle II “Powers of Local Government”, which is part of Title 15.2 “Counties, Cities and Towns”.
