This is Article 8 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Courthouses.” It is part of Chapter 16 “Local Constitutional Officers, Courthouses and Supplies”, which is part of Subtitle II “Powers of Local Government”, which is part of Title 15.2 “Counties, Cities and Towns”.

It’s comprised of the following 19 sections.

§ 15.2-1638	County or city governing body to provide courthouse, clerk's office, jail and suitable facilities for attorney for the Commonwealth; acquisition of land
§ 15.2-1638.1	Administrative assistants in offices of circuit court judges who are employees of a locality
