This is Article 1 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Purchase, Sale, etc., of Real Property.” It is part of Chapter 18 “Buildings, Monuments and Lands Generally”, which is part of Subtitle II “Powers of Local Government”, which is part of Title 15.2 “Counties, Cities and Towns”.

It’s comprised of the following 11 sections.
