This is Article 3 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Local Regulation of Smoking.” It is part of Chapter 28.2 “Virginia Indoor Clean Air Act”, which is part of Subtitle II “Powers of Local Government”, which is part of Title 15.2 “Counties, Cities and Towns”.

It’s comprised of the following 6 sections.
