This is Chapter 30 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Special Courts.” It is part of Subtitle III “Boundary Adjustments and Changes of Status of Counties, Cities and Towns”, which is part of Title 15.2 “Counties, Cities and Towns”.

It’s comprised of the following 5 sections.
