This is Article 1 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Annexation.” It is part of Chapter 32 “Boundary Changes of Towns and Cities”, which is part of Subtitle III “Boundary Adjustments and Changes of Status of Counties, Cities and Towns”, which is part of Title 15.2 “Counties, Cities and Towns”.
