This is Chapter 33 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Immunity of Counties or Parts of Counties From City-Initiated Annexation and City Incorporation.” It is part of Subtitle III “Boundary Adjustments and Changes of Status of Counties, Cities and Towns”, which is part of Title 15.2 “Counties, Cities and Towns”.
