This is Chapter 34 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Voluntary Settlement of Annexation, Transition or Immunity Issues.” It is part of Subtitle III “Boundary Adjustments and Changes of Status of Counties, Cities and Towns”, which is part of Title 15.2 “Counties, Cities and Towns”.
