This is Article 1 of the Code of Virginia, titled “General Provisions.” It is part of Chapter 47 “Transportation Improvement District in Individual Localities”, which is part of Subtitle IV “Other Governmental Entities”, which is part of Title 15.2 “Counties, Cities and Towns”.
