This is Article 3 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Construction of Chapter.” It is part of Chapter 48 “Virginia Transportation Service District Act”, which is part of Subtitle IV “Other Governmental Entities”, which is part of Title 15.2 “Counties, Cities and Towns”.
It’s comprised of the following 2 sections.
