This is Article 4 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Dissolution.” It is part of Chapter 53 “Hospital Authorities”, which is part of Subtitle IV “Other Governmental Entities”, which is part of Title 15.2 “Counties, Cities and Towns”.
It’s comprised of the following 3 sections.
