This is Article 12 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Confidentiality and Expungement.” It is part of Chapter 11 “Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Courts”, which is part of Title 16.1 “Courts Not of Record”.

It’s comprised of the following 18 sections.
