This is Article 1 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Jurisdiction in Criminal Matters.” It is part of Chapter 7 “Jurisdiction and Procedure in Criminal Matters”, which is part of Title 16.1 “Courts Not of Record”.

It’s comprised of the following 6 sections.
