Bad Check Law

This is Article 4 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Bad Check Law.” It is part of Chapter 6 “Crimes Involving Fraud”, which is part of Title 18.2 “Crimes and Offenses Generally”.

It’s comprised of the following 7 sections.

§ 18.2-181	Issuing bad checks, etc., larceny
