This is Article 7 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Miscellaneous False and Fraudulent Acts.” It is part of Chapter 6 “Crimes Involving Fraud”, which is part of Title 18.2 “Crimes and Offenses Generally”.
It’s comprised of the following 22 sections.
