This is Article 5 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Activities Tending to Cause Violence.” It is part of Chapter 9 “Crimes Against Peace and Order”, which is part of Title 18.2 “Crimes and Offenses Generally”.

It’s comprised of the following 7 sections.

§ 18.2-423.1 Placing Nazi symbol or emblem on certain property with intent to intimidate; penalty; prima facie evidence of intent
§ 18.2-423.2 Displaying noose on property of another or a highway or other public place with intent to intimidate; penalty
