This is Chapter 1.1 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Crime Victim and Witness Rights Act.” It is part of Title 19.2 “Criminal Procedure”.

It’s comprised of the following 6 sections.

§ 19.2-11.1	Establishment of crime victim-witness assistance programs; funding; minimum standards

§ 19.2-11.3	Virginia Crime Victim-Witness Fund
§ 19.2-11.4	Establishment of victim-offender reconciliation program
