This is Article 1 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Disability of Judge.” It is part of Chapter 10 “Disability of Judge or Attorney for Commonwealth; Court- Appointed Counsel; Interpreters; Transcripts”, which is part of Title 19.2 “Criminal Procedure”.
It’s comprised of the following 2 sections.
