This is Article 2 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Form and Requisites.” It is part of Chapter 14 “Presentments, Indictments and Informations”, which is part of Title 19.2 “Criminal Procedure”.

It’s comprised of the following 11 sections.

§ 19.2-220 Contents of indictment in general
