This is Article 3 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Arraignment; Pleas; Trial Without Jury.” It is part of Chapter 15 “Trial and Its Incidents”, which is part of Title 19.2 “Criminal Procedure”.

It’s comprised of the following 9 sections.
