This is Chapter 23.1 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Expungement of Criminal Records.” It is part of Title 19.2 “Criminal Procedure”.

§ 19.2-392.3:1 Motion for the disclosure of expunged police and court records in a civil case
§ 19.2-392.4 Prohibited practices by employers, educational institutions, agencies, etc., of state and local governments
