Recognizances

This is Article 2 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Recognizances.” It is part of Chapter 9 “Bail and Recognizances”, which is part of Title 19.2 “Criminal Procedure”.

It’s comprised of the following 14 sections.

§ 19.2-135	Commitment for trial; recognizance; notice to attorney for Commonwealth; remand on violation of condition
