Pretrial Services Act

This is Article 5 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Pretrial Services Act.” It is part of Chapter 9 “Bail and Recognizances”, which is part of Title 19.2 “Criminal Procedure”.

It’s comprised of the following 9 sections.

§ 19.2-152.2	Purpose; establishment of pretrial services and services agencies
