This is Article 5 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Disclosure Statements Required to Be Filed.” It is part of Chapter 31 “State and Local Government Conflict of Interests Act”, which is part of Part E “State Officers and Employees”, which is part of Subtitle I “Organization of State Government”, which is part of Title 2.2 “Administration of Government”.
