§ 2.2-3322 Office hours to be in accordance with executive orders of Governor

The offices of all state officers, departments, boards, bureaus, commissions, divisions and institutions in the executive branch of state government required by law to maintain regular business quarters at the seat of government shall be kept open for the transaction of public business in accordance with executive orders issued by the Governor. This section shall not apply to the offices of the legislative and judicial departments of the state government.
