This is Article 3 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Case Decisions.” It is part of Chapter 40 “Administrative Process Act”, which is part of Part B “Transaction of Public Business”, which is part of Subtitle II “Administration of State Government”, which is part of Title 2.2 “Administration of Government”.

It’s comprised of the following 9 sections.
