This is Chapter 49 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Public Debt; Issuance of Bonds and Certificates of Indebtedness.” It is part of Part B “Transaction of Public Business”, which is part of Subtitle II “Administration of State Government”, which is part of Title 2.2 “Administration of Government”.
