§ 20-181 Confidentiality of collaborative law communication

A collaborative law communication is confidential to the extent agreed upon by the parties in a signed record or as provided by another law of the Commonwealth.

History

This law was first created in 2021. The record of its establishment is cataloged in chapter 346 of the Special Session I of that year’s edition of “Acts of Assembly,” the annual state publication listing all changes made to the Code of Virginia in that year.
