This is Article 5 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Bonds.” It is part of Chapter 4 “Sanitation Districts Law of 1946 -- Nontidal Waters”, which is part of Title 21 “Drainage, Soil Conservation, Sanitation and Public Facilities Districts”.
