This is Article 4 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Campus Safety; Hazing..” It is part of Chapter 8 “Health and Campus Safety”, which is part of Subtitle II “Students and Campus”, which is part of Title 23.1 “Institutions of Higher Education; Other Educational and Cultural Institutions”.

It’s comprised of the following 4 sections.

§ 23.1-819	Definitions
§ 23.1-820	Hazing prevention training; current members, new members, potential new members, and advisors
§ 23.1-821	Hazing; certain individuals who make reports; disciplinary immunity; investigation; information about on-campus mental and behavioral health support
§ 23.1-822	Institution reports of hazing violations
