This is Article 1 of the Code of Virginia, titled “General Provisions.” It is part of Chapter 9 “Academic Policies”, which is part of Subtitle II “Students and Campus”, which is part of Title 23.1 “Institutions of Higher Education; Other Educational and Cultural Institutions”.

It’s comprised of the following 4 sections.

§ 23.1-900	Academic transcripts; suspension, permanent dismissal, or withdrawal from institution
§ 23.1-900.01	Diplomas; proof of education; method
§ 23.1-900.1	Repealed
§ 23.1-900.2	Release of student transcripts
