This is Article 4 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Articulation, Transfer, and Dual Enrollment.” It is part of Chapter 9 “Academic Policies”, which is part of Subtitle II “Students and Campus”, which is part of Title 23.1 “Institutions of Higher Education; Other Educational and Cultural Institutions”.

It’s comprised of the following 3 sections.
