This is Article 4 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Donations.” It is part of Chapter 22 “University of Virginia”, which is part of Subtitle IV “Public Institutions of Higher Education”, which is part of Title 23.1 “Institutions of Higher Education; Other Educational and Cultural Institutions”.

It’s comprised of the following 5 sections.
