This is Article 1 of the Code of Virginia, titled “General Provisions.” It is part of Chapter 26 “Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University”, which is part of Subtitle IV “Public Institutions of Higher Education”, which is part of Title 23.1 “Institutions of Higher Education; Other Educational and Cultural Institutions”.
