This is Article 8 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Virginia Research Investment Committee.” It is part of Chapter 31 “Educational Authorities, Centers, Committees, Funds, Institutes, and Partnerships”, which is part of Subtitle V “Other Educational and Cultural Institutions”, which is part of Title 23.1 “Institutions of Higher Education; Other Educational and Cultural Institutions”.

It’s comprised of the following 3 sections.
