This is Article 2.1 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Reapportionment of Local Election Districts.” It is part of Chapter 3 “Election Districts, Precincts, and Polling Places”, which is part of Title 24.2 “Elections”.

It’s comprised of the following 6 sections.

§ 24.2-304.1	At-large and district elections; reapportionment and redistricting of districts or wards; limits
§ 24.2-304.2	Governing body authorized to expend funds for reapportionment
