Qualifications

This is Article 1 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Qualifications.” It is part of Chapter 4 “Voter Registration”, which is part of Title 24.2 “Elections”.

It’s comprised of the following 5 sections.

§ 24.2-400	Persons entitled to register and vote
§ 24.2-401	Persons moving from precinct
§ 24.2-402	Persons moving from Commonwealth fewer than thirty days before presidential election
§ 24.2-403	Persons under 18 years of age
§ 24.2-403.1	Preregistration of persons 16 years of age or older
