This is Article 2 of the Code of Virginia, titled “State Board and Local Electoral Board Responsibilities.” It is part of Chapter 9.3 “Campaign Finance Disclosure Act of 2006”, which is part of Title 24.2 “Elections”.

It’s comprised of the following 6 sections.
