This is Article 4.1 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Out-Of-State Political Committees.” It is part of Chapter 9.3 “Campaign Finance Disclosure Act of 2006”, which is part of Title 24.2 “Elections”.

It’s comprised of the following 4 sections.
