This is Article 1 of the Code of Virginia, titled “General Provisions.” It is part of Chapter 4 “Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies”, which is part of Title 25.1 “Eminent Domain”.

It’s comprised of the following 6 sections.
