This is Article 3 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Real Property Acquisition Policies.” It is part of Chapter 4 “Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies”, which is part of Title 25.1 “Eminent Domain”.

It’s comprised of the following 6 sections.
