This is Article 2 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Potomac River Compact; Related Laws.” It is part of Chapter 10 “Compacts and Joint Laws With Other States”, which is part of Subtitle II “Tidal Fisheries”, which is part of Title 28.2 “Fisheries and Habitat of the Tidal Waters”.

It’s comprised of the following 7 sections.
