This is Article 1 of the Code of Virginia, titled “General Provisions.” It is part of Chapter 11 “Virginia Institute of Marine Science”, which is part of Subtitle II “Tidal Fisheries”, which is part of Title 28.2 “Fisheries and Habitat of the Tidal Waters”.

It’s comprised of the following 3 sections.

§ 28.2-1100	Virginia Institute of Marine Science continued; duties
§ 28.2-1101	Use of services of other agencies; solicitation, etc., of funds; taking fish and other marine organisms
§ 28.2-1102	Destroying, etc., property of Institute a misdemeanor
