This is Article 1 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Licenses.” It is part of Chapter 4 “Use of Purse Nets for Taking Menhaden”, which is part of Subtitle II “Tidal Fisheries”, which is part of Title 28.2 “Fisheries and Habitat of the Tidal Waters”.

It’s comprised of the following 10 sections.

§ 28.2-400 Application for license for resident or nonresident to catch menhaden
