This is Article 2 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Control of Crustacea, Finfish and Shellfish; Violations and Penalties.” It is part of Chapter 8 “Health and Sanitation Provisions”, which is part of Subtitle II “Tidal Fisheries”, which is part of Title 28.2 “Fisheries and Habitat of the Tidal Waters”.
