This is Article 3 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Permits and Review.” It is part of Chapter 13 “Wetlands”, which is part of Subtitle III “Habitat”, which is part of Title 28.2 “Fisheries and Habitat of the Tidal Waters”.

It’s comprised of the following 10 sections.
