This is Article 2 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Management of Ungranted Shores of the Sea, Marsh and Meadowlands.” It is part of Chapter 15 “Ungranted Shores of the Sea, Marshes and Meadowlands”, which is part of Subtitle III “Habitat”, which is part of Title 28.2 “Fisheries and Habitat of the Tidal Waters”.

It’s comprised of the following 4 sections.
