This is Article 4 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Resolution of Conflicting Claims to Inventoried Property.” It is part of Chapter 15 “Ungranted Shores of the Sea, Marshes and Meadowlands”, which is part of Subtitle III “Habitat”, which is part of Title 28.2 “Fisheries and Habitat of the Tidal Waters”.
