This is Article 2 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Application, Issuance, Fees, Renewal, Revocation.” It is part of Chapter 8 “Watercraft Dealer Licensing Act”, which is part of Title 29.1 “Wildlife, Inland Fisheries and Boating”.
