This is Chapter 3 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Right to Farm.” It is part of Subtitle I “General Provisions; Protection and Promotion of Agriculture”, which is part of Title 3.2 “Agriculture, Animal Care, and Food”.
It’s comprised of the following 3 sections.
